I am new to the game, but I have noticed that 3 of my nearest neighbors' cities aren't properly displayed when I visit. It's like the graphics for the buildings are all piled up in one corner of the screen. And I have to scroll where they would normally be (center of the screen) to get them to light up, not over the building itself. In the screen shot of bluegirl60's city, you can see that my cursor is down near where it says main hall.
