Graphic Error - Neighbor/Own City Mishmash

Bug description: After providing neighborly help (delicatessen), I returned to city and the graphics were not displayed correctly. Graphics from my neighbor and my city were mishmashed together.

Starting for the basics, does the issue persist through a refresh and a cache & cookies clear? Was your Hardware Acceleration enabled or disabled?
