grounds of the orc strategist doesn't produce. What could be wrong?

Do you have it on a road that is connected to your Main Hall? Any building that does more than pop and culture has to be on a road to make their goods.

yes, it's on a street connected to the main hall.

I believe you need to be in chapter 8 for it to produce them

Maybe try moving it to a different location?

I solved it Enevhar, I moved my GOOS and now I can see my orc strategist increase in number. Thanks.
