Halloween Event is Running instead of Carnival

After completing quest one of halloween, I have the sequential quests for Carnival, but not the daily quests, which are still showing the quest to complete 32 halloween quests to get the grand prize building

Yes. They have reported it to the development team. I'm kind of hoping I can finish the 32 before they fix it, just to see if I can win the prize, but I doubt it, since the city only has about 12 grids.
