Harmony grove level 2

In overview of my current level 2 Grove it shows 0 for all 3 ensemble but in fact I have 1 each. What is going on

Go to the portal and hover over each of the ensemble products. You will see zero available and one of each consumed. In order to upgrade you will need additional to satisfy the upgrade requirements. This is similar to how culture and population (and also prestige from the Amuni chapter) work, except for the ensemble products, only the portal consumes them.
