Recruiting Hawk's Nest seeks one member for Fellowship Adventure

We recently lost a great member, due to RL issues. We are looking for one member who will join us before the Fellowship Adventure and be willing to go all-out. We will absolutely finish all three stages, so you would be guaranteed those prizes. We would especially love to have someone in a lower chapter who could make bracelets easily, and would be willing to put up lots of T1 manufactories for the Adventure. We don't particularly care about your score or your boosts. We do care about Fellowship Adventure participation. And if you do well, and if you're interested, we would be open to having you stay with us afterwards. Please contact the Archmage if interested.

What "lower chapter" would this new member need to be in to make said Bracelets?
(I have zero clue what some of your post means, as I have always played slow and mellow, deliberately solo.)
