I am suppose to solve 2 encounters....what are those?

If you click the World icon at the bottom of your screen
It will take you to your neighborhood map, where you can unlock provinces one at a time by scouting them.
Once a province is scouted, you will need to solve 8 encounters within..simply click on the scouted province to see the encounters
Click on one of the encounters and choose whether to negotiate, using goods, or fight to "solve" the encounter.
Each encounter earns you 1KP as well so that is a good reason to scout!
