So much has been said, I'll just say that. This has been VERY poorly handled. And so little or no feedback. A lot of players feel hurt or mistreated, and that is not what you want in your player community.
I understand that maybe changes had to be made, but things could have been handled a lot better. To knock existing players back so far doesn't seem to be a wise choice.
Like many others, I am now considering whether or not it's worth playing a game that has lost a large element of fun to it. And to stick with a company that seems to not really care about its user base.
