How do you keep someone from sending you mail?

Depending on the nature of the situation, you might also want to report them. On the App, click on their profile image within the msg and a red Report button will pop up. On the browser, it’s the red exclamation mark button under the profile pic in the message.

Have you asked them to stop? Usually that works pretty well if the mail being sent is just obnoxious rather than inflammatory. If it's inflammatory it's probably against the rules and should be reported. On the other hand, if you want them to stop without doing anything you can do as you suggest -- either ignore -- which will eventually get them to stop if they are sending you individual mails verses just pasting a list of names in and sending to all in the list -- or block, if that's possible.
