I read in another thread that mandatory quests that seem to be over-long, silly and ultimately pointless are meant to be 'learning tools'
If that is the intention of the Devs, couldn't there be a little 'InfoTip' that pops up after you finish it?
"Well done, you have done X Quest. Now here's how you can use this Quest in future to build your City..."
I like that idea!
