Internal Error

I am playing in 2 cities and I keep getting an Internal error notification in one city while it allows me to play in the other city.

I also saw a similar message a couple of times during the evening, along with other indications that the server farm was experiencing some maintenance issues. But it's been solid for the past 30 minutes.
