internal errors

This has happened to me three times in a week losing item placed all coins and supply. The last time was just a few minutes ago and lost over 3000 supply. This is making the game very annoying and more difficult to advance as I am relatively new playing.
I have filed a ticket and support is investigating the problem but with each new move I wait to see what will happen next.
