Invisible Dryad while fighting encounters

Current situation:
When I fight in any encounter and want to use Dryad she is invisible. I can see squad number and her tracks, but not her.

Expected situation:
I need Dryad to be visible

Does this occur on all browsers or just Chrome?

Do you also encounter this after clearing browser and Flash cache?

Hello Aider, thank you for your reply. I use Chrome and I clear my browser quite often. I tried to open the game in WaterFox but it crushed, so I couldn't check if this happens in other browsers as well. I cleared everything again and Dryad is still invisible. Hope you can fix that Thank you!

I also have this problem with invisible troops, my browser is firefox ver 52.0. using windows 10, game setting on low. In Felyndral and Khelonar. I was just ignoring it until it as fixed.
