The 'aspirants' list with players showing an 'invitation' are ones who have received an invitation to join your FS. They have to accept the invitation to join, there is nothing further for you to do.
Players who are asking to join your FS will appear in that same list, but with an 'application' instead of an 'invitation'. Then you'll be able to accept the application.
