Is it ok to invite both elves and humans into a fellowship? Is there any clash with manufacturies?

There's no problem with having both humans and elves. Both races can build the same goods, have the same boosts.

Most Fellowships are a mix of elves and humans. Although their factories produce at different levels and buildings are different in look and size, they upgrade in much the same way and all factories produce the same 9 goods.
