Hm, there must be a way, since they have to test things on Beta in mobile. You may have to sign up on the computer first and then it would offer it as a world on the app? Hope someone with more direct knowledge comes along soon...

On mobile, log all the way out to the sign-in screen. Top right will be a drop-down menu (for me it says 'English (US)'. Click that and a window opens saying 'choose market'. Scroll (slide) all the way to the end for ZZ. That's beta. To move from beta to another 'market' you'll have to exit back to the sign-in screen and go back to the 'choose market' screen to go to the other city.

Thanks, that worked perfectly. Though annoying logging in and out.
