That depends on the level of factory, how much culture you have (150%+ gives you a bonus), AW's you have built, as well as any spells you have on your factories.

If you mean steel, I do not think there is a limit on how much you can have. Same for the other Tier 1, 2 and 3 goods. Your limit on supplies and coins is based on the size of your main hall. Those are not unlimited.
