Can an Ambassador boot a Fellow? He can accept one so it seems should be able to. Does Ambassador have the power to promote a Fellow to Ambassador or is it just Mages who can do that?

Hello @SunsetDanar If it had not been changed only Mages and of course Archmages can promote fellows.
Ambassadors are only able to invite other players and to open FA-chests as far as I know.

Sorry no, an Ambassador cannot remove a fellow. The power to even, accidentally, remove another player from a fellowship, and therefore muck around with final rewards from tournament and spire, should never be lightly given. I personally avoid Fellowships that have a lot of mages because of this.
