Like on facebook pop up!

Every time logging in, going to research, world, other player city, the pop up to like on facebook comes back up when going back to city. Closed once means closed, not repeat, and repeat, and repeat, and repeat, and....

I was having the same issue. I clicked on it, it opened another tab. I closed that tab without even looking and it hasn't come back again.
