Magic Academy - Power of Provision denied

My Magic Academy will not let me make the Power of Provision. Requirements are 1 crystal & 1 plank, of which I have a few hundred of each. My inventory of the Power of Provision spell is only 12. What's the problem?
 
It takes 1 crystal and 1 plank relic each. Do you have a few hundred of each of those relics?
 
Then you should put in a ticket to customer service and explain in detail.

Can you please double check and make sure you have the relics and not just that many goods available? Relics can be seen in your Main Hall under the relics tab.
 
Thank you Aelfwine & Shylark, you absolutely were right. I was confused about the difference between goods and collected relics. Thank you so much for clearing this up! :)
