I assume that part works correctly, as index of mana-producing buildings has correct values. Sets are NOT counted correctly though - I believe they assume standalone buildings, and don't account for link bonuses. For Revelers Fountain for instance that makes a dramatic difference.

Correct, link bonuses are not counted. For me, that is 3/4 of my mana production that does not register. Additionally, if mana is an extra production (e.g. stonehenge) it will not be counted either.

No, you only need more and more. And the same thing for Divine Seeds, which you start making and needing in chapter 11.

Divine seeds actually appear in chapter 11.
