Mana Rune Building

I think the poster is asking "if 2 of those bldgs are placed, does the effect stack?'
The bldg is named Mana Rune. It is a 1x2 bldg in the current event. It expires in 15days and provides a boost to mana production during that time.
 
I can't give you a definitive answer on this building but
for every building i've ever seen
If by stack you mean does the bonus add on top of each other no
if you mean double bonus yes

in other words
lets use the military buildings as an example
say your base health is 1000
you add a dwarven armorer which gives 50% bonus so now you have 1500 health
if you add a second DA it will also add to the base ie 500 for a total of 2000
so in that sense they stack

but if you expect the first one to be 1000 + 50% =1500
then the second stacks on that total for 1500 + 50= 2250
the answer is no
i hope i made that perfectly unclear

The mana rune is additive to the set bonus (which is additive to the lighthouse of good neighborhood bonus). Oddly it is named "potion effect bonus."

The mana rune does not influence random productions (e.g. genie) nor collecting mana outside of production (e.g. dragon's abbey).
