The wiki only gives the data for each 24h-program. Fairly useless since you almost never use that if you play actively. (3h is clearly the most efficient one, and 9h when you go to sleep.) I figured I should try to find a formula to simply calculate, out of 24h, what the 3h, 9h and 48h will be.
Since the game rounds up to nearest whole number, calculating backwards gives you inconsistent numbers. So therefore you need lots of values for an average.
When calculating, the unit is most logically resource per hour per tile. So a regular human plank factory produces 0,2 planks/h/tile on the 24h-program.
Ratios
I've found that the 3h-program is about 2,59 as efficient, the 9h: 1,58 and worst is 48h with a 0,74 ratio.
Program - multiplier
3 h - x2,59
9 h - x1,58
24 h - x1,00
48 h - x0,74
Those values are only based on average data from steel factory lvl 1 - 7. So I really need more data, but I cannot find the different programs anywhere.

Plank manufactory lvl 1, 24h: 19 planks
In one hour: 19/24 = 0,79 planks/h
Per tile: Size of factory: 4 tiles => 0,79/4 = 0,20 planks/h/tile
