Other than spending real cash how do people afford to get those last rows? I am 31st on ceri and everyone ahead is at least 8 or more provinces with stuff. My next is 8500 so those last ones have to be 10s of thousands

Spire diamonds - if you go to the top weekly and is in a gold spire fs then you get 275 diamonds weekly from the fs rewards, plus those you get from individual rewards.

Also, since you will have to wait so long to save up, waiting until November every year for the Black Friday 20% off expansion sale is worth it. I don't know if Inno ever skips that sale, but they have not in the last 3 years.

I believe it has always been Cyber Monday. Black Friday is stated because it marks the start of many days of sales.

I have all of them that I can buy at this point and my last premium expansion would have been 19,500 (Ouch!) There is not a chance on earth that I am going to do the spire enough to gain enough for any upcoming expansions. It is actually worth the spend for me to not feel like I have to do all 3 levels of the spire endlessly.
