Why did you move my city where there are no active players? I thought city relocation was to improve play for active players? Who do I talk to about filing a complaint?

It is best advice to contact in-game support team. But for future reference, you are able to control wether you get move by support or not by utilizing this check box.

They done moved you to the darkside :eek:, fitting really! But if you where in a good spot you should have uncheck marked the box. There should be more info in game about this stuff I think.
