New Map or Quirky Bug?

Is this our new map or is this a bug? I don't see any mention in the updates but I get this map on 2 servers with multiple refreshes so I dunno really

That's characteristic of a partial download and/or a server that's overloaded. If you drag your map around a bit, and thereby force additional sectors to download, you can usually get back to normal.

did they have this problem in Beta 1 or just Beta 2? They were in hot it seems.
