New Member Can't Do Spire

My new member joined before the spire started, so why can't he participate?

Prob a cache issue. Try refreshing or log out and back in. Had this happen with someone in our group too.

There is normally a waiting period for new members to be able to participate in the spire and tourney. He should be able to participate in the tourney this coming Tuesday and the Spire next week.

There is normally a waiting period for new members to be able to participate in the spire and tourney. He should be able to participate in the tourney this coming Tuesday and the Spire next week.

There is a time period if you join or switch fs right after recieving tourney awards on Saturday until a certain time Sunday they are able to play in both spire and tourney.

If they get in at the correct period after tourney and before Spire, but still see the participation lock, it’s a cache issue. If they join in the middle of either one, then that is the correct cooldown wait period. Also, they can participate for individual rewards for all encounters they finish on both even if locked, but won’t get the group reward stuff.
