No, it is currently a beta thing. We might never get them. Fingers crossed.

The initial test run on Beta was for 6 weeks, and this is now the 6th week. So if everything went according to plan, we may see them next week on the Live servers.

I just got a phoenix artifact in a Spire bonus chest. It says it works for all except the coldfire phoenix. So now I can place the fire phoenix I crafted a few days ago, and begin evolving it.
