Quest title: __ Queen Fairy's Garden #37. "Produce a good amount of Basic Standard Goods (0/22000)".

Current situation:
Quest menu item was visible before actions, so should have been operational.
Harvesting from (production finished) 3 scroll bldgs and 3 dust bldgs did not register on the menu window.

Expected situation:
Counter should have increased to about 18,000 or so (9 hour accumulations).

Reproduction Steps
1. __Quest item #35 satisfied with harvesting planks from 6 bldgs plus 2 enchantments.
2. __Quest item #35 completion claimed.
3. __Quest item #36 satisfied.
4. __Quest item #36 completion claimed.
5. __Quest item #37 comes up. Counter at "0/22000"
6. Three scroll bldgs and three dust bldgs harvested.
7. Quest window counter still at "0/22000".

Basic goods are marble, plank and steel. Crafted goods are crystal, scrolls, and silk. Magic goods are elixir, dust, and gems.

So the scrolls and dust don't count as basic goods.
