Help, I feel like I'm in The Twilight Zone.
I have a quest for:
"Have at least two precious manufactories at level 32 or higher"
I already have one at level 32.
I just took an additional one out of storage and upgraded it to level 32, but the quest is showing NOT completed.
The answer is probably obvious, but I cannot figure it out!
