Ancient Wonder Ranking Effect is made by building the Thrones of the High Men wonder - it's determined by level of ToHM and total number of ancient wonders.

So for example, in a city with a total of 100 ancient wonder levels a level 1 Thrones of High Men would give 2250 ranking effect ranking points (100*22.5), a level 6 Thrones would give 4500 (100*45), and a level 11 would give 6750 (100*67.5)
