I know you can go and create a new fellowship then ask everyone to move, but it seems like a crazy amount of effort just because someone dropped off from being an active player. I think if an Archmage is inactive for greater than some number of days (say 30 for example) then the players in the fellowship should be able to nominate a new archmage (or maybe you do the nomination and the archmage has 30 days to login and reject it). This way other members of the group do not have to do a move just to fix the fact the the person in charge left without thinking to promote someone else.
