Residence Nonresponsive

1 of my 10 Residence buildings has become nonresponsive. It does not produce coin nor does it have the "clickable pop up box" response when I try selecting it. I am not certain, but it may have been the result of a canceled upgrade.

This has happened to me. Refreshing seems to fix it for me though.

The same symptoms can also indicate that you're not connect to your Main Hall via the road network, although the "do not enter" icon is fairly obvious.
