Hello @Andrella Welcome to the Forum!
Do you play Elvenar via PC or Handy/Tablet?
On PC in the Browser Version you can normally find your rune wheel at the bottom of your screen.
I've just screenshoted mine. It is the one with the red "1" on it.
If your menu is currently absent you maybe need to refresh your device or log out and back in to Elvenar.

Ooops Sorry @Andrella! @iamthouth is right, you'll have to complete the research
"Elven/Human Ancient Wonders" at the end of chapter IV firsr to unlock Ancient Wonders.
