Unfortunately, no. The only thing you can do with them is disenchant them for spell fragments.

I very much doubt that will ever become an option as it would make it waaaaaay too easy for players to make some (extra) push accounts to collect certain buildings or instants and then trade them to their main city. Sad, but still true.
