Setting for time zones in your city please

We have a setting in the forum so you can set your time zone, and that makes it a lot easier to follow along.

Can we add such a setting to our cities please? So all time is shown in our own time zone? Thanks!

Especially for in game mail.
Would you want it in chat as well? At first I thought it is good to have everyone display the same "server time" in chat, so you could say things like "I'll be back at 4pm server time" and then I realized in 6 months and 3 servers I've never done that, or even seen anyone do it. I have however posted a "." in chat to see how old the most recent post was.... so for me I'd want to see MST everywhere.
