Something's up with the goods display

In browser, the popup display is telling me stuff that seems like it's off just a bit, and I can't figure out of it's something that's actually wrong or if I simply can't math. Example: The popup is saying I have 1.8m marble but the trader window says I have 1084k which I think means 1.08m. Similar story for planks, crystal, and silk in the attached image below. Is it just me and my head is thinking it wrongly?

Also, is this the appropriate subforum to post such things? (still rather new here)
