Surely it's been brought up before and I missed it? Why does it take 18 Elves to make the same supplies as 15 Humans?

At least I’ve noticed that Elven cities have an advantage early on when it comes to space / size of buildings. I was just looking at that in a small FS

There are several other differences between humans and elves in factories and residences and workshops that all balance out once you get into the guest races, where everything eventually gets equal between the two.
