Add trader abilities to trade goods for coin instead of other goods.

I was surprised to see there wasn't a way to buy goods (use gold) from others as opposed to only being able to barter (other goods). I think this would be a good way to offer an alternative way to spend gold surplus (especially given that at lower levels gold is more in need) and help where you need 3 types of goods to research the Tech Tree but only have enough of those same goods that you could trade (especially since the wholesaler is such a rip off and usually doesn't allow you to get enough of the needed goods).

There aren't enough uses for coin for it to be worth trading. The majority of people have more coin than they needs, and are eventually giving it to the wholesaler. It is unlikely that anyone would ever give you better deals than the wholesaler for coin, so what is the upside to such an option being available?
