Hey everyone.. Just wondering if there is a way i can buy more supplies. I keep running out of hammers :p

No you will need to upgrade or build more buildings.

@Maritimi pay close attention to your repeatable quests. Some of those are very lucrative for supplies (Gain X Coins comes to mind). Just keep rejecting the quests that aren't convenient or take too long to accomplish; you'll see those easier ones over and over again.
