Just new. I played another game similar to this before and people could attack your city & steal your supplies, is it the same here? Thank you

Welcome! No, no player can attack your city or steal your supplies.

@cdiamond No. You can never be attacked by another player. In fact, Elvenar has pretty much the exact opposite game design. You will get a bonus for producing 1 of the types of goods. In the early phase of the game, this is steel, marble, and planks. The most efficient way to play is to figure out which type of good you are boosted in. Only produce this kind of good, because it is most efficient. And trade your surplus of your boosted good for the other stuff you need with other players on a 1 for 1 basis. Cooperation between players is what happens here, not combat between players.

Absolutely not!

It's an Inno game but it's not FoE. No one ever raids your city. There are weekly tournaments you can participate in, but you are only fighting AI computer armies. Not Player v Player or Guild (Fellowship) v Guild. Every single one of your armies can get destroyed in a tournament and there is STILL no damage to your city. You just have to go back home and build more troops for next week's tournament.
