Sword Dancer Question

When I unlock the Sword Dancer Advance, will it also apply to existing Sword Dancers? I have stopped training because I am Scouting far enough from home that I can't win any battles without upgrading to Treants. But I will keep training if my Sword Dancers will again be able to defend themselves. I don't like sending armies out to imminent death.

Your training time goes up after researching the advanced units so you could potentially save a little time by training now and upgrading later :)

I wouldn't stop training. I'm halted in my conquest because I don't have the troops. I burned through them all. Keep training. You'll use them all eventually.
