Tab to move to uncompleted provinces

It's really annoying having to scroll around an increasingly big map trying to find provinces that have not been completed yet. It would be great if, on the world map, you could hit TAB and move from one province to another. I think it would speed things up a lot (and be a lot less annoying).

Ideally it would be Ring (Distance) sensitive, so that the cheapest Scout/Negotiate/Fight would be shown next, shown clockwise when the values are equal.

Simply returning to Oldest or Newest of the scouted sectors, in the order that they were scouted would suffice for my purposes.
  • For my next acquisition I'd want to jump to the oldest scouted sector
  • For my next scout I'd want to jump to the most recently scouted sector
