Tech Support Can't Login

Hi. I have been playing for almost a full year. I participate in tournaments and quests and login daily. About a week ago, I became unable to login. The game begins to load and stops loading about half-way and freezes. Why is this happening? What can I do to fix this? Has this problem happened to anyone else? Please help!

Oh Wise One
Chrome sticks at 17 or 19 for me sometimes.
Generally hitting reload once fixes it.
I've not had this problem with other browsers since I changed the game setting to use Html5
