Pretty sure it gives the option to choose one of these three:

Steel-infused fungi
Mystic mycology
Crystal caps

Which were offered in the Mama Juul's Fusion Feast event.

Perhap[s it's meant for the Orcs & Goblins chapter where you have to produce so many different shrooms :).

Just kidding, I think Mighty Peach is right.
