Dear Humans and Elves,
As you know, Tuesday we encountered some problems with the Crystal Tournament that started, and we had to disable the Tournament about an hour after it started. Unfortunately it turned out to be impossible to recover all necessary data to continue that Crystal Tournament, so we will have to reset it, in order to give everyone a fair chance to participate. We understand that this is bad news for those who already started playing in the Tournament, which is why we are looking to refund all Diamonds spent on the Tournament in the time it was active Tuesday, as well as give everyone who did already participate in the Tournament 4 Magical Manufactoring Spells as a gesture of goodwill from our side. We hope that this helps you gain some more resources a bit faster again, so that you can participate in the now restarted Crystal Tournament. These Spells will be credited as soon as possible (this will not be immediately with the start of the Tournament).
To keep it fair for everyone, we have also extended the end time of the Tournament by two days, so that it will end on Monday evening, on the same time as it normally would on a Saturday.
We do apologize for this major inconvenience, and we hope that everyone can still participate in the Tournament as much as they would like. Thank you all for your patience while we were working on fixing these problems!
