Two cities, one username, on phone

How can I access both of my cities, one in Felyndral and one in Sinya Arda, on my phone with the Elvenar app?

go to "log out"
It won't actually log you out, yet.
It will give you a choice of which world you want to visit (or log out).
I flip between Arendyll and Winyandor like this frequently.
