Updated Workshop to Level 4 - Stream error

I am in the 'A' server. As soon as my Workshop upgraded to level 4, the game said something about a "stream error."

Now I can't log out of the game to try to see if logging out will make any difference.

How can I save my progress if I can't log out?

I refreshed the page and the error went away.

I merged your posts. Try to avoid multi-posting as it creates clutter and is against the forum rules.
I'll mark this as a non-bug since a refresh fixed the error. Let us know if you encounter it again. :)
