Upgrading building

I have a building in upgrade mode but it isn't counting down. I cancelled the upgrade but the page restarted and I am right back where I was building not upgrading. Felyndral server has lots of issues.

I started upgrading this one building around 4:30 PM it is now 7:50 PM and this building still isn't upgraded mighty long for just a 2 + hour upgrade.
