Those purple lights and the 3 little trees get boring - how about some variety in the items we use to decorate a bit? Even one or two would make a big difference at the lower levels.

i think its not about reserching them
in my opinion author wanted devs to make few cultural building with exact same benefit but diffrently looking so our cities will look more amazing

+1. My 3x3 grid of Spot of Whispering Trees looks silly because they are all identical. If there were 3 variants of Spot of Whispering Trees (trees in slightly different locations, or stairs going up from another direction), I think it would go a long way. Of course, the same could be said of any building that you will potentially have multiple copies of: houses, workshops, armories.... not just cultural buildings. Good idea.
